Labor & & Industries, which oversees workplace safety, released an investigation late Thursday. Their review will examine if safety and health guidelines are being followed. Services that don't comply can deal with fines.

Meanwhile, state-level health officials said the center already produced a handful of problems throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The Columbian paper initially reported the problems.

In June, the state Department of Health learned of a”COVID-related” complaint that led them to talk with the center about requirements and repercussions, said representative Kristen Maki.

The complainant described couple of staff at the center wearing masks, telling the newspaper,”

it was like an alternate universe.” After another grievance appeared in July, the state Chiropractic Commission, which licenses chiropractics physician in Washington under the health department, began an examination.

The examination began July 30 and is still continuous, stated commission chair David Folweiler. Folweiler said its open case was expanded this week after news came to light about the prospective 300 exposures.

According to Folweiler, the commission can discipline the clinic. That could suggest fines, remediation or, eventually, cancellation of license.

“We've offered its licensees details about a number of pronouncements and guidelines that they need to follow,” Folweiler stated.

Chiro One, headquartered in Illinois, might not be grabbed comment.
